I graduated from the Music Department of Hong Kong Baptist University, majoring in piano and awarded a First Class Honours Bachelor degree. I later received a scholarship to pursue a Master's degree in music at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. During my studies, I learned piano with renowned pianist Nancy Loo and obtained the LTCL Distinction in piano performance from Trinity College London. I also have rich experience in solo performance, ensemble, and conducting, serving as a conductor for several primary and secondary schools, and I have conducted the university choir at the Hong Kong City Hall. I have seven years of experience teaching instruments and am full of passion and love for education. I am currently a full-time private piano tutor, mainly teaching piano from beginner to performance levels. I focus on cultivating students' interest in music and tailoring teaching methods according to individual needs, developing unique and progressive teaching plans for students of different levels, and planning exams and competitions together. Many of my past students have achieved Distinction and Merit results in their Royal Academy of Music exams. I also hope to establish good communication with parents so that they can clearly understand their children's learning progress.
